Spa Etiquette

Appointments
We strongly recommend that you schedule spa appointments prior to your arrival as appointments are subject to availability.

Cancellation
Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made with at least a 24 hour notice.

Special Health Considerations
Please notify our reservation department if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, special needs, or if you are pregnant. This information may also be completed on your New Customer Profile Intake Form upon arrival at the Spa.

Arrival
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow ample time to change into a robe and relax before your service. Late appointments may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled guest. We appreciate your cooperation.

Late Arrival
As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full value of your treatment.

Choosing a Treatment
Our Spa Concierge will help you plan the perfect spa experience based on your specific needs.

Attire
A robe, slippers and day locker will be provided for you upon arrival. Disrobe to your level of comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our licensed therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discrete manner, assuring your privacy at all times. For facials, we provide body wraps to cover the lower and upper half of your body.

 

Shaving Before Treatments
Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatments or hair removal services. We do, however, recommend that MEN PLEASE SHAVE 2-HOURS PRIOR to their scheduled facial treatment.

Age Requirements
All Spa guests must be 16 years or older to schedule a treatment, use the Fitness Center or Indoor Heated Pool, or purchase a daily guest pass.

Cellular Phones
For your comfort as well as that of other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone before entering the Spa. Cellular phone usage is restricted to the lobby.

Payment and Gratuities
We accept all major credit cards, cash, personal checks, and travelers’ checks. A gratuity of 15-20% is suggested. Our service staff greatly appreciates your consideration.

Gift Certificates
Give the gift of well being to someone special. We will be more than happy to assemble a group of services that fit any personality or special occasion. Gift Certificates are available at the front desk, by phone and online. They may be redeemed for products and services only. (Not redeemable for cash.)

Valuables
The Spa is not responsible for damage to or loss of your personal belongings. We recommend that you do not bring any valuables to the Spa.
