The Ranch & Spa Personal Trainer is responsible for assessing, developing and implementing individual fitness programs for members of The Ranch Fitness Center & Spa.

Responsibilities:
- Ensures the Ranch Experience for members and guests by maintaining the established standards
- Becomes knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities in order to effectively communicate with members and/or guests
- Provides personal training on an individual or small group basis to Ranch members
- Conducts fitness center orientation sessions for new Ranch members
- Provides outstanding customer service, including answering questions and providing assistance to Ranch members on the fitness floor
- Assists with the essentials of fitness center operations, such as reporting broken equipment and dealing with maintenance issues
- Maintains daily and monthly client training schedules
- Works with the Ranch reception staff in member procurement and billing of pre-paid personal training, memberships, and guest fees
- Manages health history files and follow up when necessary with members as needed
- Performs all duties in adherence to OTOW and The Ranch & Spa standards
- Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all members, clients, residents, visitors and co-workers
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- First Aid, CPR-AED, and accredited certifications in personal training required
