All wet areas showers, steam rooms, and saunas remain closed.
Please note the pool will open June 1st without heat which will be turned on June 8th. Towel and water service is discontinued on the fitness floor, pool, and locker rooms.

Keeping fit at home is easy with The Ranch’s virtual workouts! We have carefully crafted a balance of exercise that include; cardio, strength, HIIT, Core and more. These workouts are designed for limited space, and incorporate equipment easily found at home.  Here is the weekly schedule (tentative) for our virtual workouts, descriptions for each below.

Box Fit

A low impact aerobic workout based on easy to follow kick boxing patterns. Box your way fit with simple choreography suited for all fitness levels.

Dance Fit

Boomer Beat 2

A low impact aerobic workout that uses drum sticks to increase the intensity and the fun! Drum your way fit with simple movement patterns suited for all fitness levels.

Walk Fit 3

A low impact aerobic workout based on easy to follow walking and marching patterns. Walk your way fit with simple movement suited for all fitness levels. Cardiovascular workout with emphasis on gait and balance training.

Stretch Fit

This workout will help to improve flexibility. These stretching exercises will enhance range of movement and decrease stiffness.

Step Fit 3

A low impact step aerobic workout based on easy to follow choreography. These simple step patterns are suited for all fitness levels.

Core Conditioning

An express core workout that builds strength and stability.
