Everyone has unique goals. The Ranch Fitness Center offers a variety of program formats to meet your needs. The following personal training options are available:
This session is thirty minutes of individualized personal training. This option provides flexibility for tight schedules as well as exercise programming; choose short intense workouts or gentler approach with reduced duration.
This session is one full hour of individualized personal training. This comprehensive approach will help ensure that you meet your fitness goals.
Small Group Personal Training
(1 hour – 2, 3, or 4 people)
This session is one full hour of training for 2, 3, or 4 individuals. Designed to match similar fitness needs and goals, you will gain the benefit of a social atmosphere, substantial savings on cost and increase the element of commitment and fun in your personal training workouts.
Cammy DennisFitness Director
Cammy Dennis, Fitness Director at On Top of the World Communities, Inc. and The Ranch Fitness Center & Spa, has been with the company for seven years. Cammy is a native New Yorker who relocated to Florida after graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology. After years of working in the fitness industry, she combined her certifications and experience with her business degree and has enjoyed a career in Fitness Administration for the past twenty years.
Jessica PinkowskiGroup Fitness Supervisor
Jessica Pinkowski, Group Fitness Coordinator at On Top of the World Communities, Inc. and The Ranch Fitness Center & Spa, has been with the company for five years. She entered the fitness industry in 1996 where she began teaching group exercise classes and provided personal training. She received another certification allowing her to specialize in children fitness up until 2009 when she moved to Ocala. Jessica is now an older adult specialist at On Top of the World coordinating group wellness classes for optimal aging.
Linda DennoPersonal Trainer
Linda Denno, Certified Personal Trainer at The Ranch Fitness Center & Spa, has been with the company for eight years. Linda was born in Saginaw, Michigan and completed her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration at Ferris State University. She holds advanced fitness and wellness certifications through World Instructor Training Schools, Senior Fitness Association, American College of Sports Medicine, TRX, and most recently graduated from Massage Therapy School.
Doug OxleyPersonal Trainer
Doug Oxley, Personal Trainer at On Top of the World Communities, Inc. and The Ranch Fitness Center & Spa, is our newest certified personal trainer. Doug has been described by many of his clients as a “fitness therapist” due to his unique blend of skills and techniques. Doug is a licensed neuromuscular therapist as well as a Certified Personal Trainer. He believes that his success as a trainer stems from his passion for helping to improve the health and quality of life of his clients.
